How can I pay for my order?

So glad you asked! We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit, Solo, Maestro and Electron and PayPal.


How do I know my order has been accepted?

Once you've placed you order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number, please keep this safe as you may need this later on. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 24 hours to arrive in your inbox. Once our team have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it may not be possible to amend any details, if you let us know as soon as possible on

How long will my payment take to process?

Payments made via credit/debit card can take up to 7 days to process and payments made through PayPal are processed immediately.

I've paid for my order but it says unfulfilled...why?

We are unable to ship any orders where the payment is pending until the payment has cleared which can take up to 5 working days - card payments only.

My item doesn't fit, can i return?

We accept returns, if it's for an exchange or refund* (excluding postal costs)

The items must be NOT be worn, all items will be checked upon return and if not fit for purpose the refund/exchange will not be made.

*We can not accept returns of swimsuits, underwear or accessories.

How long is delivery?

For delivery mainland UK please allow up to 5 working days (Monday - Friday inclusive). For international deliveries please allow up to 15 working days.
